How do we find the driver when we land at the airport?

Can someone come right to the plane door to meet me?
Sorry, we can’t meet you at the plane door. UK airport rules don’t let drivers go that far. But don’t worry – your driver will be super close, waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign, ready to help you as soon as you step out!
Am I allowed to smoke at the airport or inside the car?

How early should I get to the airport before my flight takes off?
